Mobile Bar Hire – We Bring the Bar to You
Whether you're planning a wedding, birthday party, corporate event, festival, village fete, private celebration, or outdoor gathering, our Mobile Bar service allows you to enjoy a fully operational bar wherever your event takes place.
Unlike venue-based bars, we come to you. From village halls and marquees to sports grounds and open fields, our setup is power self-sufficient, meaning we can serve guests in locations where traditional bar facilities may not be available.
A Fully Licensed and Insured Mobile Bar
Our Mobile Bar is fully licensed and insured, giving organisers peace of mind when planning their event. We also arrange the Temporary Event Notice (TENs) required for your event where necessary, with this service included as part of the hire.
This removes much of the paperwork and administration involved with arranging licensed alcohol sales.
Drinks on Tap and Chilled Drinks Available
We offer a range of popular drinks on tap alongside bottled and canned drinks stored in our refrigerated units. The exact drinks selection can be discussed during the planning stage to help ensure the bar suits your guests and event requirements.

Flexible Setup for Indoor and Outdoor Events
One of the biggest advantages of our Mobile Bar is its flexibility. We can operate in marquees, village halls, event venues, private gardens, sports clubs, and even open fields.
If there's space for the bar, there's a good chance we can make it work.
Consultation Required Before Booking
Because every event is different, we require either a telephone discussion or a meeting before confirming bookings. This allows us to discuss guest numbers, venue arrangements, licensing requirements, drink selections, and any special requests.

Deposit and Open Tab Information
The advertised £150 charge acts as a deposit rather than a hire fee. This amount is returned at the event in the form of an open bar tab worth £150, allowing your guests to enjoy drinks from the bar.
If required, additional funds can be added to the tab before the event to increase the amount available.
Add Event Equipment and Entertainment
The Mobile Bar is often booked alongside products from our Led Numbers & Gazebos, Balloons And Decor, and event hire ranges.
Popular additions include gazebos, LED furniture, sequin walls, balloon décor, dance floors, and entertainment for weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.
